Return Policy

At Complete Resource Management, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional waste management and recycling services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following return and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

Service Cancellations

Advance Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled service, including roll-off container deliveries, pickups, or waste transportation services.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost to cover operational expenses and logistics planning.

Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee unless due to circumstances beyond the client's control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies).

Roll-off Container Rentals

Rental Period: All container rentals include a standard rental period as specified in the service agreement. Extended rental periods beyond the agreed timeframe will incur additional daily rental fees.

Early Returns: Clients may return containers early without penalty. However, rental fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Container Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to rented containers beyond normal wear and tear. Damage fees will be assessed and billed separately.

Recurring Service Agreements

Contract Terms: Recurring service contracts may be subject to minimum term commitments. Early termination of recurring service agreements may result in early termination fees as outlined in the service contract.

Cancellation Notice: To cancel recurring services, clients must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle or scheduled service date.

Service Modifications: Clients may request modifications to recurring service schedules or volumes at any time, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Refunds and Service Credits

Service Not Performed: If Complete Resource Management fails to perform a scheduled service due to our error or operational issues, clients will receive a full refund or service credit for that specific service.

Partial Services: In cases where services are partially completed, refunds or credits will be prorated based on the portion of service not rendered.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Service Credits: As an alternative to refunds, clients may opt for service credits to be applied toward future services with Complete Resource Management.

Non-Returnable Services

The following services are considered final upon completion and are non-refundable:

  • Product destruction and reclamation services once materials have been destroyed
  • Waste disposal services once materials have been delivered to final disposal or processing facilities
  • Transportation services once delivery or pickup has been completed
  • Processing fees for beneficial reuse and recycling once materials have been processed

Service Disputes and Resolution

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Dispute Timeline: All service disputes must be reported within 7 days of the service date to be eligible for review and potential refund or credit.

Resolution Process: We will investigate all reported issues and respond within 5 business days with a resolution plan or explanation.
